This is the 1948 Gilco-Mariani Fiat 1100 Siluro, as driven by Michele Cibaldi in virtually every recent Mille Miglia (approx. 2007-2016). I'm going to take a guess and say your pic is from the 2015 event?

Exactly, yes.
I didn't make a particular note of the year since that wasn't part of my question, but you're probably right.
Another point!  Seems my puzzles are a bit too easy...
