The Grunberg, built by Rodolphe Grunberg in the late seventies. Several are said to have been built so it's not a one-off.

Your identification is right, but I understood that he built several cars, like the one we had before: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2010-38/solved-pj317-grunberg-rg125/, of which there were several specimen.
But I haven't seen a second coupe like this puzzle car.

The source article is poor on details about the puzzle car, so I don't know if the writer means that Grunberg has built several items of his cars in general (including the RG 125 and this coupé) or several items of this very coupé.

After all, this coupé might just be an RG 125 with a different body.
