I'm sure it's something to do with Hino - an artist's impression of the Hino Contessa coupe, from 1960?  - but I can't find it anywhere (I have this image saved but no idea where I found it)

..but it IS something to do with Hino!
It's 1960s but nothing to do with the Contessa AFAIK.
It was just a proposal but I'm looking for its full name.
I'll lock it for you until your next reply though to see if you can find it again!

Galaxy RS-1, based on a Hino 4CV. I guess just an amateur idea that never went any further

That's the one - with a Renault 4CV engine (well, if it had ever got an engine that was the idea..!)
