Well, I think they do operate some design studios, but it's not really what they are best known for. Their core service is related to design; however, AFAIK they have never presented an actual physical concept car. This one only exists as a virtual proposal. As such it appears in quite a number of  places around the web.

They don't provide the software itself, but they provide modeling know-how, training and manpower

2012 Technicon Design Aerospeed

  That's correct! The Aerospeed was designed and modeled by Technicon Design France in 2012 and has been used as an example for high-quality surface modeling tutorials. Later the German parent company made a restyled version which can also be found online. Well done oko94
