It seems to be this one:
The second "Works" racer was a Buchanan Fiat built up from a Fiat 1100 engine and mechanicals on a Rizzo twin tube chassis

I'll give you that as it is the Buchanan-Fiat Special.  I understood that the car was originally built in 1957 then had a Fiat 124 engine installed later to make it the Buchanan-Fiat..  But who knows?!
