According to the website where I have seen this same picture, this one is an early unit from 1957, which was the first year of production.

Hi guys:

I found the same photo, probably from the same site, in a normal Google Search as I thought I knew what the basic vehicle was.
I did not respond as I was not sure if it was a production model or a customized "lifted" wagon.

Do either of you know if this was in fact a production model??
