Yes, it's the ex-Jim Kimberley Vignale-bodied Ferrari 340, with a new body after having been crashed.
I believe it got its original body back later.

Is it a Ferrari? It really reminds of a chassis (I can't remember which one right now) that was modified in the USA with similar wings, a new front and potholes.
