It looks like a Cord 810-812
But it has not the covered headlights like the usual versions
Maybe it is a Cord assembled in Europe with Citroen Traction Avant drivetrain?

Well it's certainly Cord-inspired.
No Citroen parts though.

It's a 1937 Cord 812 Replica (the squared grille immediately said "Cord" to me).
This one obviously doesn't have the pop-up headlamps. It was built by "S.A.M.C.O Inc" and the platform vehicle is a 1969 Ford Mustang, from which it also takes the drivetrain and engine.

Thanks for the info regarding research in the other topic btw. I found an Ebay ad for this car from 2013 where it failed to meet its reserve after bids up to $9000.

That's all correct, yes.
But the car does have a name, which I need for the point.
Locked for you to dig around and find it..!

Well i found 5 others similar to this one. 4 of them had Ford V8's and the 5th had a Chrysler V8. As this one has the Ford engine it is probably known as a "Samco Warrior".
(The one with the Chrysler running gear was called a "Samco Royale")
50-50 it's one or the other... or neither. :D

That's it, yes.
This is a Ford-engine one so it's a Warrior.
Well done.
Actually it's a re-post so I'll have to merge them now I've added your point.
