Or Finland (even though strictly speaking it doesn't belong to Scandinavia but often it's wrongly associated with it) ?
Finland it is.
It is indeed a moot point whether it's Scandinvia or not; it certainly isn't anything else.
Although the people and the language are different from all the other Nordic countries Finns do think of themselves as broadly belonging to Scandinavia. It is of course a bi-lingual country with Swedish as one of their official languages and many of the inhabitants have Swedish names, so Finland has much more in common with Scandinavia than anywhere else.
