That's it, yes.
It's said to have been restored in 2012, but I think that's probably when the car in this guise was actually built.
It has an aluminium body over an ash frame and has an MGB screen, so obviously doesn't date from 1952 in this form.
It's powered by a 4.5 litre supercharged engine with twin Arnott carbs, so should have a bit of oomph too!

It was a fun puzzle to track down.  I looked through a lot of Muntz pictures at Concours events.
