You found it. Despite the logo appearing on the side and rear of the vehicle, "BA Evoluciona" ("Buenos Aires evolves") is not the name of the car, just a slogan that the local government uses for innovation programs. As far as I can tell, the vehicle hasn't been given a specific name.
