Silex Chreos, a German electric limousine design from around 2013. I don't think it has been built.

Yes it is the Silex Chreos, and no, it hasn't gone beyond the stage of 3D model. However, the company Silex Power that was supposed to build it is not German, but based in Malta. Another point!
