Yes, it is from Micro Cars Ltd in Sri Lanka. I have a model name for it too, although the info available online about the model name of this car is somewhat confusing. Do you have anything? Locked of course.

Yes, is very confusing as the initial model with 350 c.c. engine was the HX3000 but soon appeared alarger engine of 796 c.c. named the model 800 that derivated in an upgrade version named Privilege XL, this last one seems to be the model of the picture.

I had this one as Micro Privilege Econo 800, with the normal Micro Privilege being a 1000 cc version. I had not read about that 350 cc one, I guess it might be the first prototype from 1999. The Privilege was reportedly produced from 2001 to 2008. Anyway the point is yours!
