2011 Signal Custom Built SKEV-1 based on Honda Genio and presented at Jakarta Motor Show in Indonesia.

Yep, that's what it is. SKEV-1 stands for Signal Kustom Electric Vehicle 1. Different sources don't seem to agree on whether it produces a measly 60 hp or a more healthy 156 hp.
