It’s a memorial at the grave of Ray Tse, Junior, at the cemetery in Linden, New Jersey, behind the family mausoleum.  Apparently Tse dreamed of owning a Mercedes Benz when he grew up, but died in 1981 at the age of 15. His millionaire brother, David, commissioned the 36 ton granite memorial in the shape of a full size 1982 Mercedes Benz W123 Diesel limousine.  The grille ornament and side mirrors were not included as they would have been targets for vandalism.
