Hope I can answer this, according to updates, I am again a Rookie!
This car is a Fiat Gingo Capri, a modern variant of the Jolly models. The name was later changed to Panda, because of the similarity to Renaults name Twingo. Design by Fiat Centro Stile and Stola 2003.

I had it as a 2006 Fiat Panda Jolly by Stola, but your answer is close enough to score a point.
