Who knows this car?

One point only for the correct basis car AND the name of the man that executed this conversion.

But yes - it features a German car chassis.

Close - this car is indeed based upon some DKW F5 Reichsklasse parts.

Only this is not enough to lock this topic for you...

All in all this is a true one-off Eigenbau (self built) car.

Max 400 or 450?

Wendax

It is a DKW Reichsklasse-based Eigenbau built by Hans Lehr in 1938. It was put on the road again in 1974.

grobmotorix

LOCKED for you!

Do you know the actual name Mr. Lehr gave his creation?

Wendax

After a short trip to my magazine archive in the basement, I can tell you that he called it "Sein Werk" (his work).

grobmotorix

Exactly!

This is Pro level so I had to be a bit of a nuisance...

Wendax

That's alright!  ;D (And the name couldn't  be found in the same magazine issue as the rest of the solution.  >:D )

I found a printed paper article of Georg Lehr´s car today.
It still exists...
