Wow,thanks a lot Oguerrerob!

Do you know the coachbuilder? It's based on a Rolls-Royce or on a Cadillac?

I believe it's a Rolls Royce bodied in Italy to look like a Cadillac (!).
I'll guess Ghia.

Wow! The first design looks like this puzzle!

And now,I believe,it's not a coachbuilder's badge, but a Brougham badge!

Any comments? The solution is near for this car.

The only difference between the puzzle car and the Chapron design is that the first is based on a 1961 Cadillac, while the Chapron design shows a 1959 or 1960 base.
So Chapron seems to be the answer. Maybe the project stayed in the drawers and the car wasn't build before the 1961 bodies came out.

It's time to move this one.I believe it's solved.

So,it's based on a 1961 Cadillac with modifications done by Chapron.

It was easier to transform only the front of a brand new Cadillac in my opinion than crush a Rolls-Royce.

One point for Oguerrerob ( he provided the main info ) and another to 75america for showing these designs.

Stating the obvious, it seems a 1962 Cadillac Sixty Special after a wedding with a Rolls Royce...

You're probably right, but it does claim to be a coach-built car by somebody; who?! (That's if it's to be believed, which is by no means certain...)

Do you have a concrete name you are looking for? The drawings for the car was originally made by Henri Chapron but he never constructed it, but the car is said to have been built by a Italian coachbuilder but I have never seen a more specific name than that.

That is what I was looking for!
That's what I've read too but it didn't mentioned which Italian coachbuilder was involved.  Perhaps one of the more obscure ones was but it seems to me pure Caddy with an RR grille.  Perhaps someone knows better?
