French / Sovel - no

Electric conversion - yes

I think I know what french make you meant.
There was another car from another European country with a striking hood resemblance... ;)

This might help!

Let´s start like this:

which big French make comes to all your minds when I ask for significant 1910´s-1920´s engine hoods?

Now, which other European make had similar engine hoods at that time?

I would say that the base is a Tatra 12 from 1926 or about that year, and I guess the conversion may have been operated by Tesla...but I haven't found news about this car.
