The Gozzy SS wasn't Japanese at all.  It was commissioned by a Japanese clothing company owner, but fully engineering and built in England by Church Green Engineering.  The first Gozzy SS was presented at the 1978 Geneva Motor Show, with a total of 10 examples being built before Church Green Engineering ceased production in 1983.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.

Thank you very much for this information, which was new for me.

I have changed the title.

Just today I found a Gozzy portfolio at our local flea market...

len terry curator

have you still got that Gozzy portfolio?
Len Terry designed the Gozzy for Church Green.
He also designed racing cars for them.
I was fortunate enough to have raced some of Len's cars from 1982 - 2004.
i was also very privileged to have been his friend until his death in 2014.
i am the curator of his drawings and of course there are ALL the production
drawings for the Gozzy (several models).
i would dearly like to find one of the cars/owners, if anybody can help please get back to me
thanks
