I found this picture online (I've since discovered it in two books), but the site don't appear to be searchable through google. I can' find any other websites featuring it.

Its name is "Cocktail", and was built by two norwegians at Gothenburg technical scool in 1932.
The studens were Sven Alf Wollebęk and Louis F Gay.
Based on parts from different cars.
The engine was from a Studebaker, and was later converted to run on diesel.
