It's the same as VBK actually. VBK stands for Vestfold Bil & Karosseri.

It's not that nor is it from Astrup.

I have a list with around 250 names of Norwegian coachbuilders and I would guess that at least 150 of them were active at the time. Sadly not much is written about them online but I have recently tried to do something about that on another wbsite (which is also why I have posted a couple of these puzzles here recently).

It's not Kolberg either.
