Welcome to the confusing world of Teilhol! The puzzle car is indeed the Citacom (= Citadine Commerciale), but a few years later it was - depending on the number of batteries and power output of the electric engine - called Citadine Série P or Messagette Série C, while the Citadine Série C referred to the Citadine saloon, and, yes, there was an entirely different non-electric Citadine later on (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/solved-autopuzzles/solved-wendax-1789-teilhol-citadine) ...
