Makes a change for me! You earned that point the hard way - it helps if you know where to look or have reference books  ;D.

It's his Legros Speciale. He raced a Bugatti 35B in the same race in 1939, and after WW2 he owned a BMW328, and decided to combine the 2 items into a more modern car. I only have a record of his entry in this race, although he may have entered it in lesser races of which there is no record on the internet. His real name was Giuseppe Mucciero - I'm afraid i have no idea whether he changed his name, or whether it was just his racing alias.
