I don't know what this is advertised as but this image is clearly a Photoshop of the one that was used in a March 2009 article of a popular blog about autos, in which they reported a Peugeot Hoggar replica built in China, by a company apparently named Shanzhai. The position of the car is exactly the same as in that pic and only a number of cosmetic changes have been digitally applied, such as different wheels, headlights, seats... You can even see a bit of the original background between the drivers side roll bar and the spare tire.
