It seems to be based upon an Eclat, but this version has a specific name.

Panther was not involved.  It is highly unlikely that this vehicle was ever built.

The advertisement in which this car appears, indicates a manufacturing company is involved.  The company name mentions two other products.

The advertisement was written as a joke.  I have not found the original source of the ad.

Was the advertisment featuring this car for a non-automative company?

The advertisement was not for Bentley or Lotus itself.

The company listed on the advertisement sold cars, lawn equipment, and products for children

Japanese company, not Harrods or Atco.  As the advertisement included a price in pounds, it is probably British in origin.

(Sorry about the twisty maze of little passages.  The ad itself is quite funny, to go along with the strange car.  I couldn't resist making a puzzle.)

Is it a spoof ad by the British magazine CAR in the late 1970s?

Spoof ad, from 1979 or later.  Not from CAR magazine, as far as I can tell.  I recently discovered another 3-letter British magazine, which may have created this ad.

Not CCC.  The 3-letter name does not contain the letter "C"
