Yes, an ÖAF Husar from 1964.

I just got this picture and the truck is referred to as ÖAF Hrricane 7 - 130 L, 1965 (HiK 5/2021)

You are certainly right. One can even read Hurricane on the fender and there are too many letters on the hood for Husar.
