Yes, it is a Steyr. I don't know the model for sure, but probably a 380 as you guessed.

Any idea about the coachbuilder? (Judging by one characteristic detail, I think it is a quite known one.)

I assume the coachbuilder is also Austrian, and, if this is true, I really have no idea. As a wild guess: Jakob Lohner & Co. of Vienna.

Yes, I think so. The chrome strips at the front edges are quite characteristic, and the bottom sign could read Ackermann.

A lucky one. I was looking for the Ackermann logo over the grille but didn't find it. The inscription convinced me to a try.
