I think that's a Cudell from Aachen, probably a 4½ PS of about 1901
ETA I think the site's clock is running fast by about 20 minutes!

It has been for some time.
I've looked through everything I can find to try to correct it but there seems to be no way to change the server time using the Admin routines.
