does the company's activities relate to bicycles?
I just have the company's name which says that it is a welding company. It could be that they have closed down within the last years. And it is mentioned in a bicycle related blog, because they didn't want to weld a certain material for guarantee reasons.

ANDREAS GRUNTHAL GESELLSCHAFT?

Let me get this straight: a few years ago a postcard was offered for sale on ebay showing a truck made by an obscure Austrian company. (Possibly it was just a badge engineering job). When you tried to find more info on the company, there was almost zero info on the web, except an odd  blog post where it was mentioned that it's a welding company. Do I understand you correctly?

Wendax

Almost. When you enter the company's name in Google, you get more than 100 hits. If you use keywords that can be derived from this puzzle, you should be able to find the company's name within the first two or thre pages of results.

Otto Feyer is correct. I'll post more information tonight.
One well-earned point for you.

Here is the original postcard. It reads:
Mein erstgebauter 5 Tonnen Lastenauto Chassie bei der Firma Feyer & Co. Wien Hernalserhauptstrasse No 90
Josef Feyer        Robert Rehak
Vogel & Bernhart
Wien, am 14. Oktober 1919

(My first selfbuilt 5 ton truck chassis at the Feyer & Co company, Vienna, Hernalserhauptstrasse 90)

I don't know anything else about it. So it might be that only the chassis was built at Feyer for another truck manufacturer. Additional information welcome, as always.
