Miata Fastback. I've seen a few conversion kits, but I must admit, I've never seen one that looks like this.  It looks factory.  Was it a prototype?

Indeed this was a prototype of sorts, definitely not a home build. It has a specific creator/name which I need.

I don't believe any of the ones I've posted here have hit the net before. Most images available seem to show the car with rather ugly headlights, which none of these pictures do so I can only assume that they were added later on.
