I believe that I have seen this actual car on display somewhere here in the United States . . . but I can't for the life of me remember where or when!  I have an idea in mind of what it may be, now I just have to remember where I've been and might have seen it - and as I get older, that gets more and more difficult to do.

Part of the problem is that the museum I saw this car at is one of my personal favorite automobile museums . . . and I typically would run out of film (Yes, film. Remember that?  That's how long it's been since I last went there.)  Turns out to have been at the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. Been there many, many times, and what with all the impressive machinery they have, perhaps it can be excused if I didn't immediately recall this one.

The car is a 1909 McIntyre 4-Cylinder Touring Car. I don't even know if it's still at the museum.  When I first saw the quiz car, I knew it looked familiar - but the name "McFarland" kept coming to mind, and I knew that wasn't quite right. A little research through my archival material from past ACD Museum visits finally turned it up.
