1957 OSCA 750S?

It's an OSCA but not a 750S.

OSCA FS372 Morelli

Everywhere I've seen it it's been referred to as "OSCA-Maserati 372 F2" but you're near enough, and it was indeed built by Morelli.  It has a 1500 cc 4-cylinder engine and one was driven in period by Stirling Moss (now Sir Stirling of course).
So we'll call it solved.
