I don't know what this car is but there's a point on offer for anyone who does and can prove it!

This is a tough one Bertrand.  All I have been able to discover about this car is: 1905 Fulda four or five seat touring car by the Fulda Automobile Company of Elkhart, Indiana, USA.

In fact, I waited just Fulda 1905 and consequently you win the point.  Good job 4popoid.
But I've found for the name Fulda Tourisme, but I don't found another source for confirm this name.  And this is strange because "Tourisme" is a french word, not american, I think....

I found the word "Tourisme" as well Bertrand, but it was on a French language web site, so I assumed that it was just a French translation for for the English "tourer" or "touring car".

I think the car is a 1911 Overland not a Fulda. I was unable to find anything more about a car named Fulda, not even in the Standard Catalog, so I searched Dr. Emil King and found he was from Fulda Minnesota, the puzzle picture caption says: "Dr.Emil King driving his automobile Fulda, 1905". and at the top of the page: "This section of photographs were copied from the Minneapolis Historical Records" From where I took the second attached picture, larger and clearer than the puzzle one.

Are you sure ropat53?  I've found two sources (one american and the second is french) (I give you, in MP the references if you want) who give he name Fulda driving by Emil King.  My source don't give any relation with Overland.
My 2 sources give the same photo.    It is true that your 2 photos are very similar and it is really games of 7 differences

I also found two site, one about early American cars and the other in French. The early American car site refers to the picture being from the Minneapolis Historical Records and if you search there you'll find many more pictures of Dr. Emil King and his family, from Fulda Minnesota."Photographs of Emil King, his wife Marie, and children Luther, Theodore and Frederick. Emil was a physician in Fulda, Minn. Many of the images were photographed by Emil King. Printed from glass negatives in the Minnesota Historical Society collections."
I think the French site just copied the American car site, not uncommon. I don't think the early American car site refers to the car make as Fulda, I think it's just a question of punctuation, my version:"Dr.Emil King driving his automobile. Fulda, 1905" meaning the picture was taken in Fulda Minnesota in 1905.
Then there's the other issue, what car is it and what year? Well it definitely looks newer than 1905, more like 1911 and it surely looks like an Overland.

If your theory is that the picture was taken in 1905 in Fulda, MN, then the car  can not be newer than 1905, and is possibly older.  Whatever the case, I do not think the the puzzle car is, based on the pictures submitted, an Overland, as, aside from the age discrepancy, there are too many subtle discrepancies, such as the height of the dashboard over the cowl.  And, if we theorize that it might be a 1905, or older, Overland, I believe the discrepancies multiply   This doesn't prove that the puzzle car is a Fulda, but, in my mind, it doesn't prove it is an Overland either.

I think the is picture is of Dr. Emil King, he lived in Fulda Minnesota, the license plate is MINN 3615, unfortunately the year is not legible.
I think the Fulda reference below the picture is about the location not the make of the car.
I think 1905 is not correct.
I think the car is a circa 1911 Overland.
I know there are four "I think" in my theory, but as so far no other reference about the existence of a car named Fulda has been found, but on the other hand as we do know for sure the owner lived in Fulda, I'm lead to believe there's been a confusion between the location and the car brand.

I have maybe wrong. I spent my evening of yesterday to find in my books some information on the mark Fulda and I find nothing. Even in the encyclopedia of the American vehicles in 3 volumes, this mark doesn't exist! (The book is very complete but I think that all the American automobile marks are not there) on the other hand, there is well a city Fulda in Minnesota for ropat53 explains it before. I also examined to find this photo under the mark Overland and I found nothing.
Have to I cancel the puzzle, because I find nothing either proving that it is Overland.

I wouldn't cancel it but I can move it back to the Pro's for you if you like then the heading can be changed and you can modify your post to say you don't know what it is but points are on offer for anyone who can correctly identify and prove what it is.

I found nothing about Fulda, and I suppose it's quite hard to believe that we have here a picture of a totally obscure car that meanwhile is actually the same as the 1911 Overland.  I think Ropat is right and those sites have the same wrong caption.
