You have the right car in mind, it is an Arola, but the model name is not quite correct.

All the information found about this model of AROLA calls for model MINOTO, the only differences found are the different motorization, been the latest introduced the DIESEL with a Lombardini engine of 325 c.c.

Yes, Arola Minoto is the correct name. In your post before you wrote Minimoto.  ;)
The Arola Minoto was built from 1982 to 1984. It was developed from the 1980 BMI (Bel Motors International) Minoto (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=25273), but had a plastic unit body instead of BMI's plastic body on a steel chassis.
