Even if it looks like an ASEA very much, it is not...because it's a GM Nordiska prototype. I don't know if ASEA and GM had some connections, but the name I have is the one guessed by Pguillem, so the point is him.

It is a GM prototype from GM Nordiska even though it was not based on any US GM vehicle.

Two were built according to my research and not finding any sort of a market, they were relegated to being used as trailers inside the GM factory.
