The little cap over the windscreen (see the 1957 Chrysler cars) and the way in which the wings have been drawn (see Chrysler's original Valiant) suggest that Virgil Exner may have done this sketch.

This really perplexes me! I can't think of a single 1950s/1960s Italian designer who would have resorted to the gimmick of the little cap over the windscreen ( like it, but then I am a big fan of Exner's 1950s designs) - or to the similarly Exner-esque swoop over the rear wheel opening. I hope someone can solve this soon - I'm dying to know!  :D :D
