Grumman fits your description regarding what they build/built but I cannot connect them to this vehicle.
Looks to be a specialist vehicle built for one specific task.

Twin coach?
Yes! It's a Twin Coach Tug. Can you add in which factory was it used? Locked for Pnegyesi.

I can unlock...because you got the right answer!  It's a Twin Coach Tug built to be used in the Fageol factory soon after Twin Coach entered in Fageol's business.

Once again a Bridesmaid, not a Bride ;D ;D

Not to take away from Pal's answer, but I had done a lot of research on this one and came up with the following.

According  to certain Fageol archives, the vehicle was called the Twin Coach Jeep.

I believe the puzzle photo was most probably taken in front of the Fageol Factory which was apparently the site of the joint venture between Fageol and Twin Coach in Kent, Ohio.

However, while the photo was taken there, the caption on the print of the puzzle photo indicates the Jeep was for the W.B. Fageol Cottage Hill Farm.  That original photo is below.

Also below are two more photos showing the Jeep being used on the Farm with Mr. Fageol and either one of his family or an employee and some animals etc.

Just adding information, not contesting the answer.
