The logo next to the spare tire appears to say "SANIN", or maybe "SAHIN". Because of translation difficulties from the Persian language, the name of the builder appears to be Yynprst. The car was built in the Kermanshah region of Iran.

Another source indicates the builder may be named "Yazdan Parast"

That's fair enough. The Sahin was built recently by Nader Ayinparast
