I was slightly misleading. Every available material says Hubertia was located in Küps, Bavaria.

However look at this caption

But Wendax gets the point anyhow

Hubertia was located in Küps. I guess they had a sales bureau in Berlin. Potsdamer Straße 12 was really not the place for a coachbuilder's factory.

All inhabitants (mostly companies, bureaus and a café) were located at Potsdamer Straße 12 in 1933:
