Minnesota is correct.
Approx. 160 miles south south-west of Duluth and few miles south east of Minneapolis.

Well, once the city had been identified, all it required was browsing a dozen of Google search result pages. There haven't been that many electric cars built in Eagan !

Yes, but this is not his (relatively more) known car, the PET, but his 1st prototype.

The one I found was the Day Starter, another of his creations.

'Daystarter' was the name of the batteries produced by Standard Battery Company, where Tom worked.
They built the vehicle for Tom, but he named it PET (and put the Daystarter name on the side as a promotion for the Company)
