You know that sudden feeling of déjà vu? Right you are, we had this picture as a puzzle before. But this is a "not a repost" of a "not a repost", as I found this picture in an advertisement of yet another company.
For one point, please respond and identify this little van.

If it is not a repost it can´t be a BEF...
Is it a kind of a french licence build then?

Not a BEF, but it is French, and it is not the one we had before with a similar picture.

Remember, this puzzle is not only "not a repost" (BEF:
http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=24128
), but also "not a repost of not a repost" (Thouvenin:
http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=28069
).

They certainly used the Thouvenin picture. I guess the company in question took over Thouvenin's construction and/or production.

The company in question also built this high tech vehicle (no irony!).

I don't know anything about your hint vehicle, but, while looking for another puzzle, I came across the picture below which says the manufacturer was: Teddy, Paris, 1912.

If that is correct, that would be the fourth producer, as it is not the name I am looking for.

I can't find a picture, but is the name you are looking for SATME or S.A.T.M.E. (Ste d'Appareils de Transports et de Manutentions Electriques), a manufacturer of electrical material handling devices?

Spot on!
Two Black Hole points for you.
BTW, the hint picture shows a programmable load carrier which didn't need a driver. An early Google car, so to say.

Thank you Gerd. I note with interest that this is advertised as a "Type T", which may only indicate that it is a tricycle, but I'm betting it is no coincidence that Thouvenin (and perhaps also Teddy) also begins with the letter T.
