This one should be not too hard, but I'm too lazy to look for it.
I have name and nationality, but can't be sure about.

It certainly looks like a miniature version of it. The engine of the S76 would probably be as big as the puzzle car.

The radiator looks very similar - is this also a Fiat?

After much digging, PJ, I think I am where you are.  The car is apparently Russian, and associated with one M. Yegorov.  Yegorov appears to have been the designer, and, perhaps, the builder, but here my trail ends.  This information is from a very short teaser for a complete article contained in a past issue of the Russian "Historic Automobile Magazine", which is advertised for sale for approx. (price varies with several sites offering this issue) 500 rubles.  Since I don't have 500 rubles to spend, perhaps some of our Russian AutoPuzzlers can access additional information regarding this vehicle.

Yes, that is all I know...and I'd like to know much.
This pic cames from the cover of that magazine and nowhere else, it seems.

Built by a certain M.M. Yegorov (Егоров) in St. Petersburg. His full name is not known. It was built in around 1913-1914. Powered by a Laurin&Klement engine, with a gearbox from a Berliet. Chassis and body were hand-made
