No particular reason for blurring those guys, except making it a bit more difficult to find the country of origin. They don't wear uniforms, this project is for civilian use, even though the organization behind it has been involved in not-so-civilian projects ...

Very well spotted, there's indeed a gauge, but it's not for oxygen. This project is not related to the medical field.

It's not a mobile barbecue, but the idea of combination is definitely interesting...and the gauge is used to monitor some kind of gas indeed.

Well, I guess that at some point in its production cycle the gas used to power the car has travelled through a pipeline, but there's no other relation with pipelines.

This 3D-printed car called PUV (Printed Utility Vehicle) is indeed part of the AMIE project which also includes a 3D-printed house.
