The drawing is from the June 1962 issue of Motor Trend, and is titled, "Is this the New FIBERGLASS STUDEBAKER?". I reason that the artist and the author were predicting the Avanti.

The prediction is oddly less dramatic than the reality! Studebaker must have kept a tight lid on this model, and its impact must have been terrific.
