Is it a proposal for a Jaguar XJ6 done in the 1990s?

Jaguar is right, 1990s is wrong. There's no precise model name, all what is left to score a point is year and designer.

1980s : yes
Keith Helfet : no
XJ40 : once again, there's no precise model name for this proposal, it's just a vision for a Jaguar sedan

Is this proposal from a well known car-design studio or is it a one-off from a sole individual?

Good guess, as it looks quite like something he could have designed, but it's not him.
