Major bit of guessing going on here.....Could this be Maria Teresa de Filippis ?  And the car....The badge on an orange background suggests Stanguellini.

It's a good guess. It is indeed a Stanguellini. However, the driver is not de Filippis - finding out the answer should not be too difficult, because it was the subject of some discussion elsewhere on the net in recent months.
