Finland!

It is a Cooper 1100cc driven by Leo I Matilla.
The car is called Lugano Special.

The picture was taken 12-05-1957, the other cars in the picture are Ferrari 750 Monza's

Well found. This is a Cooper F3 car which Mattila rebodied in the style of a Cooper T39 Bobtail. He seems very optimistic racing it against Ferrari Monzas.
