1955 MG Hawk Special Roadster.

It's there on the first page of Google - I've no idea why I didn't look!

Not on my computer it doesn't!
Entering 'MG Hawk Special 1955' produces several pages of pictures of Studebakers, a few Humbers and a couple of pics of a jazz trumpeter and that's about it.  No MGs at all!

Edit:
That was asking for Images; if you do a web search then top comes the RM Auctions site where this car was sold recently for $77,000.

Over here the car can be found via a simple Web search but strangely the pictures don't appear via an Image search...

Sorry, I didn't explain myself properly. I couldn't find it on Google images, but hadn't bothered to try a full web search. As soon as I did, entering "fiberglass MG TD America", it was there in front of me. That will teach me not to rely on Images, and to do a bit more work next time.

Interesting history to this car.
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

While researching this puzzle I tried " MG TD fiberglass USA" but it didn't work  :-\ Search engines are cruel sometimes !

They're not half as good as Google think they are.

Whilst sometimes they're brilliant, they will latch on to words they know.
So if you are looking for, say, an etceterini and put in Fiat ... Barchetta you'll get pages and pages of the latest Fiat Barchetta and zilch from the era you're looking for.  If the car you're looking for happens to have a name that's the same as, say, a pop star or film star then all you'll get is pages of that person..  And it's no good telling it not to do that, as it can't understand English or any other language!
