This looks like a full-size car body which has been adapted to fit something smaller, and also to carry more passengers. It could be a ride for customers at a fairground or similar.

Claimed to be a Ferrari 212 Vignale, if I remeber right... but obviously it's not a Ferrari 212, and maybe not a Vignale at all... to me it looks like a bad reproduction...

The car (?? maybe pedal car?) was advertised on a website some times ago... but now I cannot find it... dammit!

Ok, I found the original ad on ebay. It sais:
FERRARI 212 Inter Europa Pininfarina Scocca Originale Epoca 1953 Auto Bicicletta
Telaio del 1953 FERRARI Pezzo unico introvabile e raro
Claimed to be an original Pininfarina body for a Ferrari 212 Inter Europa (?!) from 1953 but now fitted on a new "bicycle" chassis. I prefer not to comment the absourd description. And I prefer not to think if there is people who believe to such a ridiculous ad... and pays 30.000 € for this almost surely fake Ferrari pedal car!

Well found. I was looking for web details for a powered car, not man power.

I agree that it's not a coachbuilt body in the true sense - it's way too small, from this image.
